How to ensure the quality of samples and bulk products？
Both samples and bulk products will undergo rigorous quality inspections in our in-house testing laboratory according to the requirements of the ISO international quality certification system before they are shipped out to customers to ensure that the goods meet the required standards.
The quality management process is as follows:
Material inspection: verifying materials, specifications, and packaging against purchase order requirements, we can provide material certificates and processing certificates according to customer’s requirements.
Process inspection: during the screw production process, we will carry out the first article confirmation, production inspection, and random inspection before outward processing.
Supplier inspection: after heat treatment and surface finishing, the supplier will take the hardness inspection, torque test and salt spray test according to the AQL standard, the test reports for each batch of products will be attached when delivered to our factory.
Finished product inspection: product inspection includes material checks before packaging, random inspections during the production line’s packaging process, and a full inspection after bulk product completion.
Warehousing inspection: Prior to warehousing, the quantity, outer box size, shipping mark, and other details will be inspected to ensure the qualification of this batch of goods.
